This notice covers Corner Cloud pages and business inquiries on sunflare.digital, operated by Sunflare Digital Infrastructure (Sunflare Systems). Sunflare’s general notice also covers its Vapory and Embercade program pages. Consumer sites and any enabled staff platform have their own notices where linked.
We receive the contact and project information you choose to submit: name, email, optional phone, business or store details, location, project type or stage, service interest, available space, intended product categories, timeline, and message, depending on the form. Illustrated operator choices may fill a setup-interest field in the inquiry. Only the fields you submit are included.
Hosting, delivery, and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, access times, and error or security logs to serve and protect the site. These details can be personal information; we do not describe all technical data as anonymous.
We use inquiry details to respond, assess your project, prepare a proposal, coordinate agreed services, and maintain the related business records. Custom Build clients and Sunflare program clients can both inquire about supply relationships, marketing, merchandising, or training.
Contact submissions use Formspree and our business communication services. These providers process submitted information to deliver and manage messages and help prevent spam. See Formspree’s privacy notice. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver the site and communications.
Information may be used within Sunflare Systems and shared with service providers, a relevant location team, or an agreed contractor or supply partner where needed to address your request or deliver the agreed work. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it with unrelated parties for their independent marketing. Disclosures may also be needed for legal obligations, security, or a transfer of the business.
Our public program selectors and comparisons work within the page. Pages with spam verification may use provider cookies. Some pages load Google-hosted fonts, which sends normal network-request details to that provider. Browser settings can clear or restrict cookies and site storage; restrictions may affect forms or verification.
Sunflare’s contact pages use Google reCAPTCHA where shown. Verification can process device, network, and interaction details and use cookies to assess spam risk. The reviewed public pages do not include a dedicated analytics tracker; this does not exclude hosting or security logs. If additional analytics or advertising tools are enabled, the notice and any required controls must be updated to describe those tools.
Inquiry information is kept for responding to and following up on your request, administering a relationship, resolving issues, and required business records. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline. We review deletion requests and may retain records needed for legal, security, or contractual obligations.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about you. We may need to verify the request and consider legal or contractual recordkeeping requirements. Available rights depend on applicable law. For staff portal records, we may coordinate with the organization administering your account.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no internet system is completely secure. Please keep messages limited to what we need to answer. Corner Cloud’s consumer site is for adults 21 or older; Sunflare’s business pages and Shoprally are intended for business users and authorized staff, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
Links can take you to another site, retailer, or platform with its own terms and privacy practices. Review the notice for that service before sharing information.
We update this notice when our practices change and show the revision date above. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be handled separately; merely revisiting the site is not treated as consent to a new use of your personal information.
