Standalone smoke & lounge · destination concept

Come for the selection.
Stay for the room.

Curated smoke retail, a considered cigar selection, and somewhere comfortable to spend an evening. Embercade is a standalone lounge with a fixed emerald-and-brass identity, planned for your property and brought to life through a separately contracted buildout.

A seat worth slowing down for.

René has finished a long day. He settles into a leather chair with a coffee, takes his time with the selection, and lets the evening find its pace. A quiet corner makes the room feel personal, even when other tables are talking.

Discuss this experience

For the plan

  • Comfortable seating with room to move around it.
  • A clear route between the retail counter and lounge.
  • Warm task lighting and side tables that serve the seat.

The conversation is part of the room.

Martin, Tess, and David have a familiar corner. They pull up a chair, catch up, and make an ordinary evening feel like their own. Shared seating gives the lounge a social center without turning every seat into one big group.

Discuss this experience

For the plan

  • Shared tables and seats arranged for conversation.
  • A balance of social corners and quieter places to sit.
  • Clear service access without cutting through the gathering.

A gathering, with a little more atmosphere.

Priya is bringing a small group together for an informal meeting. The walnut table feels at home in the lounge, and nearby seating makes space for conversation afterward. Private gatherings are an optional use to discuss during the site review.

Discuss this experience

For the plan

  • An optional meeting or gathering layout assessed for the property.
  • Furniture, circulation, and service planned for the intended use.
  • Bookings, staffing, and events managed by the operator.

Fictional guests and concept imagery, not customer testimonials. Event and meeting use is optional and assessed for the actual property.

One identity.
A clear plan for the property.

Embercade keeps its own look. The proposal sets out how that design comes to life at your location.

01 / Identity

Keep the Embercade character.

A fixed brand and interior aesthetic, with curated glass, vape, and cigar retail alongside genuine lounge seating.

02 / Buildout

Define the work before it starts.

We provide the agreed design work and connect you with contractors. Construction, furniture, and fixtures are addressed in the proposal; the buildout is separately contracted.

03 / Operation

Your team brings the room to life.

You provide the location, staffing, and daily management. Supply, training, and ongoing services are agreed. Optional event or bar use is reviewed during planning.

From Empty Space
to Open Room.

Start with an area or a property. The actual space determines the layout and buildout scope.

01

Site Assessment

Review the dedicated retail and seating footprint, service access, and any optional room uses against the actual property.

02

Design & Agreement

Agree the site plan, design work, costs, and responsibilities. Separate Sunflare’s scope from contractor construction and fixture work.

03

Buildout

Your contractor brings the agreed Embercade design to the property. Our design involvement and coordination are defined in the proposal.

04

Open the Room

Prepare the product selection and your operating team. Launch with the supply, training, and ongoing services agreed for the location.

The retail belongs in the room.

Considered displays, a clear selection, and comfortable corners all carry the same identity.

Concept visuals of the Embercade design direction.

Before You Build.

Can Embercade be installed inside an existing store?

No. Embercade is a standalone smoke and cigar lounge concept with its own dedicated retail and seating footprint. It is not a counter installation inside a gas station or convenience store. A suitable existing property can be discussed as a dedicated Embercade location.

Can I repurpose an existing building?

Yes, we can review a suitable standalone property for the concept. The building must support the proposed retail, seating, service, and optional event layout. Conversion work is assessed for that site and carried out through the agreed contractor arrangement.

Do I need a property before we talk?

No. You can start with an area and a vision for the lounge. A specific layout, buildout scope, and proposal require a review of the actual property.

How much space do I need?

Embercade needs a dedicated footprint for both curated retail and genuine lounge seating. We assess customer circulation, displays, seating, service areas, and any optional event or bar use together. There is no single size that applies to every property.

Is the design customized for each operator?

The Embercade identity and interior aesthetic are fixed, not a separate custom brand for each owner. The site plan is assessed against your actual property while maintaining that design direction. If you want your own identity and a different look, Sunflare’s custom branding services are another route.

Who handles construction and daily operations?

We provide the agreed brand and design work and connect you with contractors. The construction and buildout are separately contracted. You provide the location, staffing, management, and day-to-day retail and lounge operation. Ongoing product and support arrangements are defined in your proposal.

Can the room host private events or meetings?

Optional private-event or meeting use can be discussed during the site review. It is not included automatically in every Embercade. We agree the layout and service scope for the property, and the operator is responsible for running bookings and events under the applicable operating requirements.

Is a bar required, and who handles alcohol licensing?

A bar is optional. Obtaining and holding any liquor license and handling alcohol-service compliance are entirely the operator’s responsibility. Sunflare does not hold or facilitate alcohol licensing or provide legal guidance on it. We can discuss layout and vendor connections within the agreed project scope.

Is staff training or Shoprally included?

Product and launch training, along with ongoing support, are defined in your proposal. Shoprally is optional for structured learning and staff engagement, independently or bundled. Lounge staffing and management remain with your operating team.

What does it cost, and what are the ongoing terms?

The space, construction, furniture, fixtures, retail setup, and optional event or bar scope affect the investment. Your proposal identifies costs and separates Sunflare’s work from contractor buildout. Ongoing supply, services, responsibilities, and termination terms are agreed before you commit.

Let’s talk about
your space.
