Fictional operator Leah

Leah / Mall kiosk

A small start. A proper presence.

“I want to start small where people already shop.”
Concept visualization: The Vapory mall kiosk
Mall kioskConcept visualization

The concourse is already busy. Start with a counter.

Leah is exploring her first retail business. A staffed kiosk interests her: a focused selection, a clear identity, and enough space to help someone choose a setup. She still needs to find the right host location and plan the team behind the counter.

You bring
A suitable host location, the kiosk and fixtures, staff, and daily management.
Vapory support
Agreed brand presentation, display concept, product supply, merchandising, and team training.
More about this format

The setup. A freestanding kiosk with a clear Vapory identity, secure displays, a focused selection, and room for a real conversation. It brings the boutique experience into a compact shopping location.

The customer experience. Customers can ask about their setup, browse a considered selection, and return for familiar essentials without navigating a large shop.

Who handles what. You secure the host location and arrange the kiosk, staffing, and daily management. We scope the brand presentation, merchandising, supply, and training support with you.

Fictional operator Owen

Owen / Compact storefront

His own door. His own little shop.

“I want my own shop without a huge space.”
Concept visualization: The Vapory compact storefront
Compact storefrontConcept visualization

A neighborhood shop, without the sprawl.

Owen wants a shop where regulars can stop for their usual and a new customer can get a real conversation. He is looking at smaller retail units rather than a sprawling showroom. The plan starts with the space, the selection, and how his team will serve both kinds of visit.

You bring
The retail unit, buildout, staff, and everyday store management.
Vapory support
Agreed store identity, digital presence, merchandising, product supply, and training.
More about this format

The setup. A compact storefront built around a welcoming counter, clear shelves, and a focused vape selection. There is space for guidance without turning the store into an overwhelming wall of products.

The customer experience. A customer choosing a setup gets time and attention. A regular stopping in for pods, liquids, or accessories gets an easy, familiar purchase. Pickup can be planned around the location and available systems.

Who handles what. You provide the location, buildout, staff, and management. We agree the brand, digital presence, merchandising, product supply, and training scope before launch.

Fictional operator Calvin

Calvin / Repurposed drive-through

A little building. A second act.

“I found a little building with a window. Could this work?”
Concept visualization: The Vapory repurposed drive-through
Repurposed drive-throughConcept visualization

Give the right building another reason to open.

Calvin has spotted a former coffee hut. He pictures a window for familiar purchases and a separate walk-up point for customers who want help. Before planning the conversion, he needs the property and service flow reviewed—a window is a starting point, not a finished shop.

You bring
A suitable property, conversion work, staffing for the service points, and management.
Vapory support
A reviewed format and agreed branding, layout concept, product supply, merchandising, and training.
More about this format

The setup. Explore adapting a former coffee hut or another small drive-through building into a compact Vapory. A clear pickup window serves repeat purchases; a separate walk-up counter or small consultation area gives first-time visitors somewhere to ask questions.

The customer experience. The window keeps familiar purchases convenient. Personal guidance stays part of the experience, with a place to stop and talk through a setup before choosing it.

Who handles what. You secure a suitable property, arrange conversion work, staff the service points, and manage daily operations. We review the format and agree the branding, product, merchandising, and training support. The layout and pickup workflow are scoped for the actual site.

Fictional operator Nadia

Nadia / Existing-store counter

Same store. A new reason to stop.

“I already have customers. Let’s give them another reason to stop.”
Concept visualization: The Vapory existing-store counter
Existing-store counterConcept visualization

Build on the business she already has.

Nadia runs a convenience store and wants a more considered vape section. A defined Vapory counter would make the category easier to find while her existing team handles guidance and checkout. She wants to review her current stock and the transition before adding anything new.

You bring
A suitable counter or section, your existing team, checkout, and host-store operations.
Vapory support
Agreed product supply, merchandising, restocking, returns, and team training, with a reviewed stock transition.
More about this format

The setup. The existing in-store option remains available. Add a branded, merchandised Vapory counter or section to a gas station, convenience store, or another suitable host retailer.

The customer experience. A coordinated display makes the category easier to find and shop. Your staff can help customers with the selection and handle checkout within your current business.

Who handles what. Your team runs the host store and handles sales. Under the agreed program, we supply product, support merchandising, handle restocking and returns, and train your team. We review current inventory and the transition before installation.

Fictional operators and illustrative situations, not customer testimonials. Renders show proposed concepts.

Location suitability, services, costs, and responsibilities are defined in your proposal. A standalone location needs its own staffing and management.

Help with the first choice.
Ease with the next one.

Boutique service

A person behind the counter.

Clear displays, a focused selection, and a team that can talk customers through devices, liquids, pods, and everyday essentials. The shop feels approachable, whether someone has a specific question or simply wants to understand their options.

Everyday convenience

A familiar stop for the familiar stuff.

Regular purchases should be straightforward. A compact counter, a well-organized storefront, or a pickup window can make returning easy. The format changes; the attention to the customer stays.

A brand that fits.
Support that has a scope.

A coordinated identity

Charcoal, off-white, and warm amber. Clean signage and secure displays give a small footprint a complete shop identity—from a freestanding kiosk to a converted building.

Product and presentation

We discuss the right selection, product supply, merchandising, restocking, and returns for your format. The agreed program defines what we handle and what remains with your team.

A team ready to help

Product orientation and ongoing training support are scoped with the setup. Shoprally can provide additional staff training and performance tools, on its own or bundled with the program.

Small space.
A considered experience.

Vapory focuses on vape devices, liquids, pods, and helping customers understand their setup. Its identity belongs equally at a consultation counter and a quick pickup window.

A kiosk should feel like a miniature Vapory shop. A drive-through should feel like a tiny boutique with a useful window. Both carry the same restrained design and welcoming service.

From a location idea
to a defined plan.

  1. 1

    Choose the starting point

Tell us which format interests you, where you want to operate, and whether you already have a space. You can start the conversation before securing a location.

  2. 2

    Review the actual site

We assess the footprint, customer access, display space, and service flow. A kiosk and a drive-through need different layouts and operating arrangements.

  3. 3

    Agree the responsibilities

Your proposal defines the brand and supply support, fixtures, digital services, training, costs, and what you provide. Location, buildout, staffing, and management are addressed directly.

  4. 4

    Prepare the launch

Coordinate the agreed display setup, initial stock, team preparation, and ongoing support. The plan fits your site and the format you choose.

Before you choose
your footprint.

Is Vapory only for gas stations?

No. Vapory can be a mall kiosk, compact storefront, suitable repurposed drive-through, or counter within an existing store. The formats combine personal guidance with convenient repeat purchases; each is reviewed against the actual location.

Can I start without a location?

Yes. Tell us the format, target area, and where you are in the process. We can explore the idea before you secure space, while a specific layout and proposal depend on reviewing the actual site.

Could an old coffee hut or drive-through work?

That is a format we can explore. We review the building and the proposed retail workflow, including a pickup window and a separate walk-up or consultation point. Conversion work and suitability are assessed for the property; an existing window alone does not make a site ready.

How does the mall kiosk differ from a storefront?

A kiosk brings a staffed service counter, secure displays, and a focused selection into a shopping concourse. A compact storefront provides its own shop entrance and room to browse. Both need a team and daily management, with the display and supply plan matched to the footprint.

Who staffs and manages each format?

You arrange staffing and management for a kiosk, standalone shop, or repurposed building. Within an existing host store, your current team handles sales and checkout. Vapory’s proposal defines the brand, product, merchandising, and training support; it does not automatically include operating staff.

Who handles compliance and age verification?

The agreement defines each party’s product, supply, and operating responsibilities before launch. The operator handles point-of-sale age verification. Each format, including window service, is reviewed for its actual location and proposed workflow.

What if I already sell vape products?

We review your current selection and stock before recommending a transition. Selling through stock or incorporating compatible products can be discussed. Any buyout or other arrangement must be agreed rather than assumed.

Is training included, and is Shoprally required?

Product orientation and training support are defined in the program agreement. Shoprally is optional for more structured learning, contests, and leaderboards. It can be used independently or bundled; your proposal identifies what is included.

What does it cost, and what if I want to leave?

Costs and the commercial arrangement depend on the format, property, and services. Your proposal separates setup and ongoing responsibilities and explains fees, performance expectations, and termination terms before you commit. A kiosk, standalone shop, converted building, and host-store counter are scoped separately.

Where could your Vapory fit?

Share the format you’re interested in and the location you have in mind. An existing store, a potential building, or an early idea is a useful starting point.
